All prices are in American dollars. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs. Our prices are subject to change without notice. 

TERMS OF USE, DISCLAIMER, AND PURCHASE

Please read the following terms of use, disclaimer and purchase terms before using this Web Site. By using this Site, you agree to these terms. Red Barn Designs  reserves the right to modify, alter or update these terms. This Site is controlled by Red Barn Designs  from its location in Newark, Ohio, USA. It may be accessed from any other state as well as other countries. Because each of these places have laws that may differ from those of Ohio's, by accessing this Site you agree that the laws of Ohio will apply to all matters arising out of the use of this Site. These terms represent the only agreement between us regarding the use of this Site for any purpose. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation from the US Postal Service for all of our transactions. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a tracking number for your order. You can go to www.usps.com to check on the delivery status. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact  Red Barn Designs  immediately at (740) 366-4727. 

TAXES  

Ohio purchasers will be required to pay all applicable sales taxes, if you are not purchasing your products through the on-line store (CC Now).

REFUND POLICY

• Products must be returned within twenty-one days of receipt of purchase for a refund of the product purchase price, credit, or exchange ­ your choice (minus the Shipping and Handling Charges)
• All returns must be pre-approved and must be accompanied by a “Return Material Authorization” which will be given to you by our customer care department.
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

DISCONTINUED AND OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

We reserve the right to discontinue any of the items listed in this website without prior warning. 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in this website.  Red Barn Designs  does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including prices), or grammatical inaccuracies in any product included on the Red Barn Designs  website. 

Red Barn Designs  does however, accept full responsibility for any errors made on our part.  We will immediately correct the mistakes and mail a corrected copy/copies out to you as soon as possible.

Red Barn Designs  is committed to making the process of buying fine art on-line as simple, clear, and fail-safe as possible. We encourage your email inquiries, and will be pleased to answer all your questions. We offer highly individualized service, and will not hesitate to make arrangements suitable to each individual purchaser's needs. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PURCHASES

All on-line purchases are subject to each of the following terms and conditions as is described in items 1-3: When placing an order on-line you agree to the following terms as they pertain to your order.

1. You understand that you cannot have a signed credit card slip due to the nature of ordering on-line, and agree not to hold us responsible for providing a signed slip to the credit card company. This does not diminish your rights as a consumer. There will be no charges to your credit card that exceed the amount calculated on this order agreement. You will receive a copy of your invoice via mail to confirm the charges.

2. Any and all attempts to perpetrate credit card fraud will be subject to prosecution by federal and state laws. Violation or credit card misuse will result in penalties and restitution to be sought immediately from a violator. Penalties will immediately apply if you, or anyone on your behalf, provide fraudulent or misleading information to our company regarding any aspect of a purchase.

3. You understand that when proceeding with your on-line order beyond this page that you have read and understand and accept as a binding contract all the terms and conditions as set forth on this page as they pertain to your order. 

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

Red Barn Designs  is extremely concerned about protecting the security and privacy of its clients. We are pleased to offer encryption service, using CCNow's Commerce Server. A secure web server allows form data to be encrypted, so that items such as credit card numbers can be sent across the Internet without fear of being intercepted and decoded.   Credit card information is cleared and authorized using traditional secure links to major banks.  In the extremely unlikely event that credit card fraud occurs, please contact  Red Barn Designs  and your credit card company immediately to dispute the charges.

For your added protection, all of our sales information is maintained "off the Net". Off-line storage of our client's personal information ensures our ability to prevent accidental disclosure.

Red Barn Designs   respects your privacy. We will not sell, rent, loan or otherwise provide any of your personal information to any third-party entity without your permission.

Red Barn Designs  also reserves the right to use any information submitted as a resource for the introduction of valuable offers, new product information, and homeschooling related releases. If you do not wish to receive this information, simply follow the instructions provided with the communication to remove your name from our list.

Information submitted by minors should not be done without permission from their parents or guardians. Red Barn Designs recommends using the parents' or guardians' e-mail address for any submissions.  

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards:
We can accept payment from any major credit card.  This method of payment is for online orders ONLY!  We cannot process credit card orders via mail or any other method.  Most online orders are shipped within 7 - 10  business days.

Personal Check: 
We accept personal checks as a method of payment for mail orders.  Due to the risk involved in taking personal checks, there may be up to a ten day waiting period before processing your order.  We also charge a $35.00 fee on all checks returned to us.  The order will be processed after the check clears.  If your check bounces, we will not process your order, until we receive the $35.00 fee. 

Money Orders/Bank Checks:
We accept Money orders and Bank checks for mail orders. Most orders are shipped within 7 - 10  business days.
